Artspace Zendo, 230 South 500 West, SLC

Join Authentic World Certified Facilitator Maya Hill in March for a four-week mindfulness-based group where you will learn to recognize, identify, and listen to your projections. The course is designed to give you safe, practical, and simple ways to integrate and transmute old painful patterns into healthy responses in the here and now. You will:

  • Discover what shadow qualities are calling you to acknowledge and own.
  • Discover how these qualities shine new light on your own development.
  • Experience the immediate relaxation of liberation from fixations and shadow qualities.
  • Expand your capacity for compassion, for yourself and others.
  • Explore how coherence in body, heart, and mind amplifies as you stabilize your meditation practice.
  • Learn that liberating shadow material is an essential practice for your personal development.

You will be part a serious inquiry that will also be intimate and full of magic. We will use body movement and rhythm to integrate newly emerging energies with a sense of play and fun.

Mindfulness-based shadow work will develop your capacity to experience and express a more authentic and compassionate version of yourself that resonates with all of existence.

The group is limited to 12 participants and pre-registration is required.
