The Online Spring Sesshin is a weeklong meditation intensive that runs concurrently with the Spring Sesshin in Torrey and is available to those who are not able to travel to Torrey. The program via Zoom includes Zazen and Services, Dokusan, community meetings and lunches, embodiment, and Dharma Talks. The Sesshin begins with an orientation session on Zoom at noon MT on Sunday, April 23, and ends with a closing online session at noon MT on Sunday, April 30.
Participants in the online Sesshin schedule their participation in advance, using a Practice Commitment form that we will provide in the week prior to the Sesshin. The online program requires you to sit at least one full 2-hour period per day in addition to the Dharma Talk. You are encouraged to participate in as much of the schedule as possible, creating a retreat experience in your home space.

The Online Spring Sesshin is a four-day meditation intensive that runs concurrently with the Spring Sesshin in Salt Lake City and is available to those who are not able to travel. The program via Zoom includes Zazen and Services, Dokusan, embodiment, and Dharma Talks. The Sesshin begins with an evening session on Zoom at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, May 3, and ends with a closing online session on Sunday, May 7.
Participants in the online Sesshin schedule their participation in advance, using a Practice Commitment form that we will provide in the week prior to the Sesshin. Talks with a Zen Master is a series of six sessions with Diane Musho Hamilton Roshi reflecting on talks by Taizan Maezumi Roshi, founder of the White Plum Lineage and dharma ancestor of Two Arrows Zen.
These Zen teachings will be offered to practitioners live via Zoom over six weeks, June 14 – July 19. To prepare for each week, participants will receive in advance a recording and transcript of a teisho (dharma talk) given by Maezumi Roshi.
On Tuesdays at 5:30 pm MDT, Musho Roshi will offer a one-hour reflection and teaching on a talk. Calls will be recorded and distributed to all who have registered for the program.
