Join Diane Musho Hamilton Roshi for Developing Emotional Maturity, a one-day workshop about working with emotions with receptivity in the body, flexibility of mind, and open awareness.

This is the fourth workshop on developing Emotional Maturity in 2024. There is no pre-requisite for registration. In this program, you will learn:
