Join Diane Musho Hamilton Roshi for Emotional Maturity, a three-hour program where you will learn and practice the Transmutation of Emotion. In this session, we will work with the emotion of anger.

This is the second of four classes on developing Emotional Maturity in 2024. There is no pre-requisite for registration. During the series, Roshi will cover:

• Feelings & Letting Go
• Emotions and the Mind-Body Feedback Loop
• Exploring Mood
• States to Traits
• Open Awareness & States Worth Practicing
