Sunday Sitting with Diane Musho Hamilton Roshi is an opportunity for beginners to learn about meditation in a supportive atmosphere. For people familiar with sitting meditation (zazen), the Sunday Sit will provide a space for deepening that practice. Meditation practice sitting in a chair is entirely acceptable. You will receive posture and breath instruction — the essence of Zen practice.

Participants will

• Engage in sitting and walking meditation.
• Receive meditation and posture instruction.
• Have the opportunity for an individual interview with the teacher (dokusan).
